Prime Minister Abiy Accompanied by First Lady Zinash, Senior Officials in Bahir Dar

Addis Ababa, August 6, 2026 (ENA) —Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, accompanied by First Lady Zinash Tayachew and senior government officials, arrived in Bahir Dar, the vibrant capital of Ethiopia’s Amhara Region.

The Prime Minister was warmly welcomed alongside Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh and Speaker of the House of Federation Agegnehu Teshager, marking a high-level visit to one of Ethiopia’s most historic and strategic cities.
