PM Appoints New Head For Special Office

Addis Ababa, December 1, 2025 (ENA) — Prime Minister Abiy has appointed Ambassador Betre Mengistu as Head of the Prime Minister’s Special Office with a rank of State Minister. 

The Office of the Prime Minister announced on social media that the new assignment takes effect on December 2, 2025.
