President Taye Appoints Legesse Tulu as Ambassador Plenipotentiary

Addis Ababa, September 2, 2025 (ENA) – President Taye Atske Selassie appointed Legesse Tulu as ambassador plenipotentiary and extraordinary today.

According to the Office of the President, the President has appointed Legesse as an ambassador plenipotentiary in accordance with Article 71, sub-article 3 of the Constitution.

Legesse served as Minister of Communication Service.
