PM Abiy Reviews ‘Dine for Generations,’ Major Development Projects in Arba Minch

Addis Ababa, August 16, 2025 (ENA)—During his recent visit to Arba Minch, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed reviewed the progress of the ‘Dine for Generations’ project and other local developments.

In a social media post, he praised the city, describing it as naturally beautiful.

“We recently undertook a review of the Dine for Generations project while visiting developments in the city. This initiative is grand in scope and will enable Arba Minch to host large conferences,” he said.

The Premier further noted that the Kulfo Riverside development is also a remarkable addition to the city’s unique attributes, while corridor works have expanded significantly since his last review.

At the Arbaminch Forest, new access routes have been developed, opening the way to the mountain, waterway, and surrounding forests, Abiy pointed out.

“These improvements, along with similar works we’ve seen in multiple cities outside of Addis, demonstrate that we have many options and untapped potential. This progress is a clear sign that when we commit our efforts, we can achieve great things collectively,” he underscored.
