Prime Minister Abiy Visits Ethiopian Space Science & Geospatial Institute

Addis Ababa, May 28, 2025 (ENA)—Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed visited the Ethiopian Space Science and Geospatial Institute, according to Office the Prime Minister (PMO).

The institute is a research organization that analyzes data ranging from Earth-based sources to space, PMO said in a social media post.

 Its scientific research is used by relevant institutions to support predictions and forecasts, it was learned.

Geospatial research is divided into various sectors, and today, the data analysis and research activities conducted in each department were reviewed.
