PM Abiy Stresses Need to Strengthening Culture of Sharing Food Items for Needy

Addis Ababa, April 18, 2025 (ENA) --- On the occasion of the upcoming Easter holiday, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed shared food items this morning with low income staff members of the Office of the Prime Minister and also with orphaned children the PMO is helping to raise.

During the occasion, PM Abiy affirmed that the Office of the Prime Minister shares food items  with low income staff members three times in a year, during the Eid, Easter and New Year.

 

The premier stressed the need to further strengthen the culture of sharing food items as a culture by commending the people who work hard to feed the needy.

Noting the significance of working together to make such a trend as a culture in every office and neighborhood, he underscored that Ethiopia produces enough for itself as sharing for the needy is the key.
