Prime Minister Abiy Appoints Getachew Reda as Advisor on East African Affairs

Addis Ababa, April 11, 2025 (ENA)— Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has appointed Getachew Reda as his advisor on East African Affairs with the rank of minister, effective Friday April 11/2025, Office of the Prime Minister said.

Previously, Getachew served as Chief Administrator of Tigray Region Interim Administration following the Pretoria peace agreement, it was learned.
