Burundian Foreign Affairs & Development Cooperation Minister, Somali State Minister Arrive in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, February 10, 2025 (ENA)—Burundian Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation Minister, Albert Shingiro has arrived in Addis Ababa this evening to participate at the 46th African Union (AU) Ordinary Session of the Executive Council.

Upon arrival, Burundian FM was cordially received at Bole International Airport by officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia including Foreign Affairs State Minister Birtukan Ayano.

Similarly, Somali Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation State Minister, Ali Mohamed Omar arrived in Addis Ababa in the session, scheduled to be held from February 12 to 13, 2025.

 

African Ministers of Foreign Affairs are beginning to arrive in Ethiopia’s capital Addis Ababa to partake in the 38th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union that is expected to be kicked off on Wednesday.
