Ethiopia’s Palace Museum Has Now Become Site for Everyone

Addis Ababa December 29/2024 (ENA)— The restoration of the Grand Palace in Ethiopia is a significant step in preserving our history and cultural legacy, Office of the Prime Minister stated.

Office of the Prime Minister revealed on social media post today that the Palace Museum has now become a site for everyone.

 

The restoration efforts initiated by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, beginning with the Grand Palace—now Unity Park—have continued with the revitalization of this iconic landmark.  

It added that the Grand Palace now stands as a testament to our nation’s journey, embodying the resilience, artistry, and vision of our people.

 

“By restoring it to its former glory, we honor our past and create a lasting symbol of pride and inspiration for future generations.”

The Palace Museum has now become a site for everyone, it added.
