Deputy PM Affirms Government’s Commitment to Enhancing Service Delivery Efficiency
Addis Ababa December 11/2024 (ENA)—Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh affirmed the commitment of the government to enhancing service delivery efficiency through effective reforms across the institutions in Ethiopia.
The Deputy Prime Minister conducted a field observation today at the Ethiopian Electricity Utility's customer service desk and call center.
During the visit, Temesgen reviewed the ongoing reforms aimed at enhancing client service delivery.
“Our discussions focused on measures implemented to reduce bottlenecks and establish a more transparent and efficient operating system, which will effectively serve a larger customer base,” he wrote on X.
He further stated that together, we charted a path forward for improving customer service, optimizing the data center, and strengthening call center operations to address critical challenges in electricity provision sustainably.
“The government is committed to enhancing efficiency through effective reforms, focusing on improving service delivery within the institution,” the Deputy Prime Minister underscored.
