OLA Militants Start Entering to Designated Camps Following Peace Deal

Addis Ababa December 3/2024 (ENA) Members of the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) have started moving to their designated camps following the peace agreement reached on 1st December 2024 between Oromia regional government and top leader of the army.
The peace agreement was signed last Sunday between the two sides that has been considered as an essential step to ensure durable peace in Oromia region.
As a result, OLA members who had been operating in various regions have now already begun to move into the designated camps, according to a social media post from the Oromia Regional State Branch Office of the Prosperity Party.
This movement is seen as a positive step and lauded that would reinforce the smooth implementation of the peace deal.
