Ethiopia Electricity Exhibition on Display at Millennium Hall 

Addis Ababa, June 12/2024 (ENA) A four-day Ethiopia Electricity Exhibition, an international event organized by 3E Events PLC, opened at the Millennium Hall in Addis Ababa today. 

The 4th Ethiopia Electricity Exhibition (3E), organized  in collaboration with Ministry of Water and Energy, Manufacturing Industry Development Institute, and Ethiopian Society of Electrical Engineers  has attracted exhibitors from across the globe as well.

During the opening ceremony, Ministry of Water and Energy representative, Gossaye Mengiste, said the expo is crucial to realizing transformation in the energy sector. 

The exhibition is intended to create business connection and knowledge transfer, and facilitate  transformation into a green energy, he added.

Gossaye pointed out that the exhibition where several manufacturers are exhibiting their products is taking place at a time when Ethiopia is encouraging green energy.

Visitors to the exhibition will have a chance to explore a wide range of products and technologies related to renewable energy generation, transmission, and distribution as well as advancements in energy efficiency.

The exhibition has brought together leading manufacturers, industry experts, and key stakeholders showcasing cutting-edge technologies and advancements in the power sector.
