Second Horn Dialogue Series Underway in Addis

Addis Ababa April 19/2024 (ENA)  The 2nd Horn Dialogue Series which aimed at discussing pressing regional affairs is underway in Addis Ababa today. 

The dialogue series is being held under theme "Navigating the complexities: fostering regional security in the Horn of Africa." 

State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mesganu Arga, scholars, international experts, diplomats, other invited guests are participating at the event.
