IPDC Sign 1.2 Million Euros Grant Agreement with German Company

Addis Ababa, April 17/2024 (ENA) Industrial Parks Development Corporation has signed a 1.2 million euro Grant agreement with Germany Company, the Facility Investing for Employment (IFE) to increase the supply of safe and potable water at Hawasa Industrial Park.
Speaking on the occasion, Industrial Parks Development Corporation CEO Aklilu Tadesse, said the agreement will enable IPDC to increase job opportunities. 

Appreciating IFE for the grant, the CEO said the financial support will help to increase access to safe and potable water supply and enhance the capacity and satisfaction of manufacturing companies in Hawassa Industrial Park.
He also pledged that IPDC will work with high commitment to make the project completed on time and fully operational.

The deal is expected to help the park operate at full capacity and create job opportunities for more than 300 citizens, according to IPDC.
