Ethiopia's Ambassador Presents Credentials to Portuguese President   

Addis Ababa, April 17/2024 (ENA) -Ambassador Mahlet Hailu presented her Credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Portugal with residence in Paris to Marcelo Rebelo De Sousa, President of the Portuguese Republic.

Ethiopia and Portugal have enjoyed 500 years of diplomatic relations, which need to be strengthened with enhanced investment, trade, culture, and tourism and people-to-people ties, according to Ethiopian Embassy in Paris.
 
In this regard, the Ambassador used the opportunity of her presence to exchange information with officials of the Ministry.
