IPDC Calls on Brazilian Investors to Invest in Industrial Parks

Addis Ababa, December 14/2023(ENA)  CEO of Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) Aklilu Tadesse called on Brazilian investors to invest in industrial parks and in Dire Dawa Free Trade Zone.

The Ethio-Brazil Trade and Investment Forum was organized by the Brazilian Embassy in Addis Ababa.

At the occasion, Aklilu said that the corporation is implementing operational reforms and providing services and modern facilities with a special focus on foreign direct investment. 

He reminded that Ethiopia's recent accession to BRICS will play a significant role in increasing its previous relationship with Brazil through investment, according IPDC.

 

He called on Brazilian manufacturing companies and investors to engage in investment, especially in manufacturing and agro-processing sectors in industrial parks and in Dire Dawa Free Trade Zone. 

The Brazilian high-level delegation which participated at the trade and investment is expected to pay a visit to  Bole Lemi Industrial Park.
