PM Abiy Says Nation Must Make Productive Use of Mineral Resources

Addis Ababa, November 24/2023(ENA)-Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said we must make productive use of mineral wealth and hand it over to the next generation for a better country.

Ethiopia is an abundant country endowed with mineral resources , Abiy wrote onX, former twitter. 

 

The mining and technology expo, which is launched today, will showcase Ethiopia's mining potential and stimulate investment in the sector, he added.

The five day international mining and technology expo aims at promoting the sector as it attracts mining producers, exporters and technology providers.

The participants are expected to showcase their products and create working relations with other partners, it was indicated.

Moreover, there will also be discussion on various topics involving pertinent actors in the sector.
