USAID Mission Director Scott Hocklander handed over the keys to the vehicles to Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Services at a ceremony held today.
On the occasion, Hocklander commended the Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Services for its tireless efforts to ensure access and supply of pharmaceuticals in the country.
Deputy Director General of Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Services, Aknaw Kawza said the donation will play a great deal of role in improving the supply of medical input to health centers located in various areas in the country.
The vehicles particularly are crucial to swiftly make available medical supplies vital to treat mothers and children, he added.
