Ethio-China Friendship Corporation, IPDC to Organize Huge Investment Forum in China 

Addis Ababa, October 09/2023 (ENA)-  Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) CEO Aklilu Tadesse and Betty Zhou, President of Ethio-China Friendship Corporation Committee exchanged views to facilitate ways to Chinese investors to engage in industrial parks in Ethiopia. 

During the occasion, the CEO briefed the investment activities and options in the industrial parks and free trade zones in Ethiopia.

He explained to the President in detail about the favorable infrastructure and investment incentives for manufacturers. 

 

In their discussion, an agreement was reached to jointly organize a huge investment forum in China that includes all stakeholders, according to IPDC. 

The fact that the president represented more than 100 Chinese manufacturing investors is a great investment opportunity for Ethiopia, the CEO noted and said “so we have tried to show in detail the investment potential of our huge investment centers that we manage.” 

On her part, the president stressed the need to jointly work in order to enable Chinese investors engage in the industrial parks. 

The president represents more than 100 Chinese manufacturing investors under the Ethio-China Friendship Corporation that are engaged in automobile, machinery, Agro-processing and other manufacturing sectors.
