PM Abiy Confers with Korean EXIM Bank President

Addis Ababa August 26/2019 Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed conferred with Yong Hwan Kim, the President of the Export-Import(EXIM) Bank of the Republic of Korea, Office of the Prime Minister reports.

Prime Minister Abiy and Bank President, Yong Hwan Kim, have discussed on the existing cooperation and on new possibilities the bank to provide financial support for Ethiopia could be effected.

Korean EXIM Bank support for the ongoing Ethiopia’s projects exceeds 600 million USD whilst a recent support of 300 million USD has been signed under the Korea-Ethiopia Economic Development Cooperation Fund for the 2019-2020 periods.
