PM Abiy Meets CEO of Dubai’s Investment Corporation

Addis Ababa January 22/01/2019 Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed met with Mohammed Al Shaibani, CEO of Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), on the sidelines of World Economic Forum being held in Davos, Switzerland.

ICD is keen to invest in hospitality and agro-business industry in Ethiopia, according to the Office of the Prime Minister.

Founded in May 2006, ICD, is the principal investment arm of the government of Dubai,

It seeks to manage the Dubai's portfolio in commercial companies and investments across strategic sectors including financial services, transportation, energy and industrial, real estate and leisure, retail, and other holdings.
