PM Abiy Extends Africa Day Message

May 25/2022/ENA/  Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has extended best wish message to the celebration of Africa Day.

“On this Africa day, we reaffirm the vision of continental unity and the commitment of our ancestors towards a peaceful, integrated and prosperous future!” Abiy tweeted.

Africa  Day is observed annually on May 25 to commemorate the founding of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) created on 25 May 1963. It was the precursor of the African Union (AU).

This year's Africa Day marks Africa’s diversity, indigenous foods and nutritional value.
