GERD Gets New Project Manager

Addis Ababa October  03/2018 Engineer Kifle Horo appointed as the new project manager of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, which Ethiopia is building along the Nile. It is to be recalled that Eng. Efrem Weldekidan had been leading the construction of the Dam following the death of Eng. Simegnew Bekele who served as project manager. Eng. Efrem Weldekidan and Fikadu Kebede will serve as deputy project managers. Kifle Horo has been serving at the Ethiopian Electric Power, as power sector consultant and advisory for project management, according to the Ethiopian Electric Power.
