Residents in Southern Ethiopia Denounce Foreign Interference

Addis Ababa November 06, 2021 (ENA) Residents of various cities in South Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ regional state (SNNPR) held rallies today to protest the ongoing foreign power attempt to interfere in the internal affairs of Ethiopia.

The protesters expressed their readiness to participate in the national campaign to defend the sovereignty and national unity of Ethiopia from the ongoing collaborated internal and external conspiracies.

They have also demonstrated their anger over attempts of interference by some members of the international community with the objective of dismantling the statehood of Ethiopia.

The demonstrators vowed to resist western pressure on the government of Ethiopia by meddling in the internal affairs of the country and fight against their conspiracies.   

The residents of Wolayita Sodo, Dilla and Hossana have voiced their protest against the heinous acts of the terrorist TPLF and Shine  

Other large demonstrations have also been held in various parts of Ethiopia over the past few days in response to the recent government call.   

The Government of Ethiopia disclosed on Thursday that Ethiopians from all corners of the country are heading to the war front to defend the national sovereignty of the country.  

It is indicated that the response of the people, especially the young people, to the recent call from the Federal and Regional Executives forum is truly amazing.
