Ethiopia, Russia Sign MoU to Develop Skills on Nuclear Energy

April 16/2021(ENA)  The Ministry of Innovation and Technology and the Russian State Atomic Energy Cooperation (ROSATOM) signed two Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) on Thursday to work together on the field of nuclear energy.

Ethiopian Ambassador to Russia, Alemayehu Tegenu and the Deputy Director-General of ROSATOM, Nikolay Spassky signed the agreements.

The objectives of the agreements are to create positive public opinion on nuclear energy and to cooperate in training and skills development in the field of nuclear energy in Ethiopia, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
