Adwa City Making Preparations to Celebrate Victory of Adwa
February 25/2021( ENA) Preparations are underway to celebrate the 125th Victory of Adwa at Adawa city, according to Central Zone of Tigray region.
Tigray Central Zone Chief Administrator Berhane Gebretsadik said the zone has been making preparations to colorfully celebrate the 125th celebration of the Victory of Adwa at the historic city of Adwa.
Berhane noted that the people of Tigray have overcome challenging times in the process of the law enforcement operation.
The public should not be worried about the security situation around Adwa, he added.
“We will be an example of invincibility by colorfully celebrating the Victory of Adwa, even if we are in a difficult situation,” the chief zone administrator stressed.
He urged the people of Tigray to help the celebration be held peacefully and without any risk to security.
Berhane pointed out that the zone administration has been making preparations to celebrate the victory in collaboration with other governmental institutions.
