Prime Minister Abiy Departs to Los Angeles

Addis Ababa July 29/2018 Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed departs to Los Angeles today, who is in US to visit and speak to member of the diaspora. The Premier will discuss with Ethiopians residing in Los Angeles and its environs on the future of the country and participation of citizens, according to the Spokesperson of the Foreign Affairs. It was stated that the series of symposium that took place in Washington D.C. with Ethiopian Diaspora has ended in success. The Premier conducted 13 forums in Washington D.C. that built a bridge between Ethiopian diaspora residing in the United States. According to the Ministry, the American government and its various institutions along with Ethiopian diaspora have been acknowledged for championing the Washington D.C. forum. It is to be recalled that Prime Minister Abiy discussed with Ethiopian Diaspora at the convention center in Washington D.C. under the theme “Break the Wall, Build the Bridge.” The Prime Minister is currently discussing how Ethiopians contribute to the national development and to be part of the change that takes place in their country.
