President Holds Talks with Hungarian Speaker

Addis Ababa  February 27/2019 President Sahlework Zewdie held discussion with Hungarian Parliament Speaker Laszlo Kover today.

In their discussion at the National Palace, the President briefed Laszlo Kover on the ongoing comprehensive reform in the country.

Speaker Kovert noted that a new chapter was opened in the relationship between the countries since the visit of Hungary’s foreign minister to Ethiopia in 2016, according to Office of the President.

Hungary is ready to share its rich experiences in agriculture and utilization of water resources to Ethiopia, Kovert said.

President Sahlework said on her part that the re-opening of Hungarian embassy in her country will enhance cooperation and further consolidate relations in various sectors.
