Addis Ababa December 28/2018 British Ambassador to Ethiopia Susanna Moorehead has bid farewell to President Sahlework Zewde as she comes to the end of her diplomatic tour of duty in Ethiopia.
After their closed-door meetings, Ambassador Susan told journalists that they discussed on a range of issues including the sweeping reforms in Ethiopia.
They have also discussed on ways of scaling up the bilateral relationship between the two countries.
Britain’s contribution to the development activities of Ethiopia and ways of enhancing British investment were also among the discussion points, she said.
Noting that Britain has been financing projects in Ethiopia in education, health and other areas, she affirmed that her country will continue its support.
Ethiopia and Britain officially established diplomatic ties back in 1896.
