Ethiopian Diplomat Discusses with Minnesota House Representative, City Councilman

April 14/2021(ENA)Ethiopia's consul general in Minnesota, Ambassador Abdulaziz Mohammed has discussed with Minnesota House Representative, Patricia Mueller and Austin City Councilman Oballa Oballa on current situation in Ethiopia.

Among the issues raised during the discussion include the origin and current status of law enforcement in the northern part of the country.

They have also exchanged views on ways to ensure active participation of the diaspora community in both countries, and on how to cooperatively work with both elected officials to promote the relationship between Minnesota and Ethiopia.

All parties vowed to continue such close engagement in the future, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
