Ethiopian Team Qualifies for CAF

Addis Ababa, March 30/2021(ENA)  The Ethiopian National Football Team has qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations (CAF) today.

Ethiopia qualified for CAF after the match between Niger and Madagascar ended in a draw,  while Cote d'Ivoire beat Ethiopia 3 to 1.

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed congratulated the Ethiopian National Football Team for qualifying to the Africa Cup of Nations (CAF).

In his official account, the premier said “I am happy that the Ethiopian team qualified for Africa Cup of Nations.”

The national team qualified for the 33rd Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Cameroun with 9 points.
