Nation Earns 2.1 Billion USD from Export Trade

March 29/2021(ENA) Ethiopia has earned 2.1 billion USD from export in the first eight months of current budget year, Ministry of Trade and Industry disclosed today.

The nation secured the revenue out of the planned 2.55 billion USD during the stated period, according to the ministry.

The achievement is 82 percent of the target which is higher than the previous budget year same period by 16 percent.

Ethiopian main exports are gold and coffee while others include: live animals, oilseeds, flowers and khat.
