Chinese Foreign Minister to Visit Ethiopia this Week

Addis Ababa December 31/2018 Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will arrive here in the middle of this week to pay official visit, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Wang is visiting Ethiopia at the invitation of FM Workneh Gebeyehu.

China’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying said, “Wang’s visit is a continuation of this tradition, which speaks volume for the great importance China has always attached to China-Africa relations.”

The Chinese Foreign Minister will also visit the African Union (AU) Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Burkina Faso, Gambia and Senegal.
