Some 185 Ethiopian Migrants Repatriated from Djibouti

Addis Ababa Julay 27/2018 Some 185 Ethiopian migrants have repatriated home from Djibouti. Office of the Spokesperson at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Ethiopian migrants were arrived in Djibouti through illegally traffickers to go into the Middle East countries. The returnees were repatriated by the joint efforts of Ethiopian Embassy in Djibouti and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). More than 360 Ethiopian migrants returned home from Djibouti on June 2018. The government of Ethiopia and IOM are working to bring Ethiopian immigrants from various countries back to their homeland.
