He said “I have witnessed that many people and international media are talking about Abiy because of his very strong leadership, brilliant mind and very cleaver, elegant leadership.”
Prime Minister Conte called the bilateral discussion with his counterpart as a fruitful dialogue.
“I spoke with him and I understand he has a vision; I think he will be the leader of the region of the Horn of Africa,” he stated.
The Italian Prime Minister assured his country’s commitment to support Ethiopia’s reform program since it is vital for the region as well as the international community.

Prime Minister Conte, who left today for Asmara, has visited AMCE car assembly company in Addis Ababa early this morning.
AMCE, a share company established 40 decades ago by CNAH, an Italian company and the Ethiopian government, has been engaged in assembling of commercial vehicles, agricultural machines, and spare parts of vehicles.
